Another day passes by

Well, thought maybe today would be the day for the phone to ring--BUT nothing!! My thought today was that referrals came Friday or Monday and they were processing them (whatever that entails--but they tell us that at the agency) and maybe we would hear something today--but nope! Riley went off to school today and I watched my almost 9 month old nephew Connor. Normally we watch him on Friday (Riley's day off of school), but we are going to see Playhouse Disney Live--so I took care of him today. I couldn't tell Riley that he would be hear after I dropped him at school, because he would not have wanted to go to school. So had to hide all evidence of the baby being here. We had lots of fun, laughing and just listening to him goo and ga now--so cute!!!!!! He is so easy to make smile and laugh out loud! It was nice to enjoy him all by myself! It helped take my mind off the phone ringing--a bit anyway!
We are waiting for our monthly update from the Korea program, that is now late getting to us. It would be the update on how many referrals etc. in October. It is hard when it is late, seeing that is the only real piece of e-mail we receive letting us know the status of things. Otherwise, we just send the Korea staff an e-mail every so often to personally check where we are on the list. But I do not always like to do this--feel like a bother. I know the call is going to come when I least expect it and take me off guard! Well tomorrow is another day. Thanks for reading.
